Our Warranty

We stand behind our work. Most repairs performed by LeMaitre's Auto and Repair include a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in parts we supply and workmanship performed by our technicians.

What's Covered

  • Defective parts supplied and installed by our shop
  • Failures directly related to our workmanship
  • Repeat repairs needed for the same issue within the warranty period

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (brake pads, belts, filters, etc.)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Customer-supplied parts (we warranty our labor only in these cases)
  • Maintenance items or consumables (fluids, wiper blades, bulbs)
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair

How to Make a Claim

If you believe a repair is covered under warranty, contact us as soon as possible. Bring the vehicle back to our shop so we can inspect the issue. If the problem is covered, we'll make it right at no additional cost.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a repair, talk to us first — we want to make it right. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a repair cannot be completed or a part is returned unused, we will work with you on an appropriate refund. Diagnostic fees and labor for completed work are generally non-refundable.
