Estimates

All repair estimates are provided in good faith based on our initial inspection. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. If additional work is discovered during the repair process, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. No additional charges will be applied without your authorization.

Authorization to Repair

By leaving your vehicle with us and approving an estimate (verbally, in writing, or electronically), you authorize us to perform the agreed-upon services. You confirm that you are the vehicle owner or are authorized to approve repairs on the owner's behalf.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, major credit/debit cards, and Venmo. Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full.

Parts & Materials

We use quality parts appropriate for each repair. If you have a preference for OEM, aftermarket, or customer-supplied parts, let us know before work begins. We cannot warranty labor performed with customer-supplied parts.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles. While your vehicle is in our care, we maintain reasonable safeguards, but our liability is limited to the scope of the repair services performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the services provided.

Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days after completion of service without communication may be considered abandoned. Storage fees may apply, and we will follow Iowa state procedures for abandoned vehicles.

Disputes

If you have a concern about any service performed, please contact us directly. We stand behind our work and will make every effort to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
